Shipping, Returns, and Exchange Policy
All items will ship within 2 days. Once item has shipped, you will receive an email with shipping info. Please do not delete this email as it will include your tracking number. Once item is shipped, we have no control of when the package will be delivered. Please contact USPS if item has not arrived within 7 days.
Contact Olivebrookco@gmail.com within 2 days of receiving your item. Customer is responsible for shipping fee to return item. Once we receive your item and it has been inspected, we will mail out a replacement immediately at no cost to you. Please note, due to limited quantities, style and size may sell quickly. Consider reordering the item to ensure you receive a replacement.
Contact Olivebrookco@gmail.com within 2 days of receiving your tiem. Item must be returned with original tag. Please do not return item if it has been worn or washed; refunds will not be processed for these items. All refunds will be issued in the form of a gift card for Olive & Brook Co. Shipping fee cannot be refunded, only the total amount of the clothing. Customer is responsible for shipping fee to return item, once item is received and inspected, you will receive an email with confirmation for a full refund of the item.
Jewelry cannot be returned. Shoes can only be returned in original box and placed inside of a protective box to prevent any possible damage during shipping.

Damaged Items and Fees
OLIVE & BROOK CO IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ITEMS DAMAGED DURING WASHING AND DRYING. Several of the pieces are delicate material and must be cleaned/maintained as such. Please read tag for instructions on how to care for your items. If any item is returned damaged it will be ineligible for a refund. If item is damaged upon customer receiving it, please send clear pictures of item to OliveBrookCo@gmail.com to discuss a refund and return. Item must be returned within 7 days of customer receiving it. If item is returned after the 7 days, there will be a $10 restocking fee applied that will be deducted from the refund.
